Starbucks is now offering a gluten-free Valencia orange cake. It only contains 7 ingredients which are whole eggs, Valencia orange pulp, almonds, sugar, orange peel, gluten free baking powder, and orange oil. This is very exciting news for those of us suffering from Celiac Disease or a gluten intolerance. If you are lactose intolerant as well it is dairy free also! Another bonus is that it delivers 30% of your daily value of vitamin C. Now if they could only make it organic too...oh well I guess you can't have your cake and eat it too!
