1. cute little sundress
I won't be caught dead in jeans once the temperature rises above 80 and if you do then I am silently cursing myself for wearing them! Instead I opt for dresses which keep me feeling much cooler!

2. gladiator sandals
There is no way I can keep up with a toddler in heels so these gladiator sandals are the perfect solution to looking fashionable but functional!

3. Ray Ban aviators
Every mom needs a good pair of sunglasses because we spend about 80% of our time outside once the weather warms up and you can't go wrong with Ray Ban aviators. Gwyneth Paltrow must agree!

4. FEED tote bag
When you buy one bag for $10 you are providing 100 school meals to hungry children in Rawanda! So far they have provided 54,344,001 meals. That is amazing! You can pick one up at Whole Foods. Who couldn't use another tote bag? No matter how many I have I can always find a use for them.
5. clarisonic cleansing/exfoliating brush
Every morning and every night I get out my trusty clarisonic brush and go to town cleansing my skin which is so oily especially during the summer. It cleans 6 times deeper than normal cleansing and helps all your products absorb better! I even have the body brush head that goes along with it. To say that I am obsessed would be an understatement.

6. lipgloss
I love Burt's Bees Super Shiny Lip Gloss in Nectar Nude! It keeps my lips shiny and moisturized but not sticky and I love that it smells like oranges too!
And when I want more color I go with their Lip Shimmer in Merlot! This is more of a matte finish that stays on longer with a lovely minty tingle!
{Burt's Bees}
7.organic lavender oil
I use my oil all over, even my face, but especially on my legs when I'm wearing dresses because it makes them look toned and hydrated. Plus it makes me smell good!
{Nourish Baby Organics}
8. vitamin c serum
I have a confession...before I started in the skin care business 10 years ago I used to bake in tanning beds and out in the sun. I have lots of damage under the surface that I am correcting and my secret weapon is SkinCeutical's Phloretin CF. Scratching your head? Let me break it down, Phloretin is a natural exfoliator found in apples, C stands for L-ascorbic acid (vitamin c) and F stands for Ferulic Acid which is a natural sun protector found in plants. It is a broad spectrum antioxidant that gently exfoliates, corrects sun damage and protects against future damage. I use it every morning before sunscreen. I will not leave the house without it!
{SkinCeuticals}
9.water bottle
I am like a camel when it comes to drinking water! I can not get enough so I always have to make sure that I have a bottle filled up and ready! I love Klean Kanteen because they are BPA free and don't leak. I'm thinking I might need to upgrade to their 64 oz bottle soon. I'm also tempted to get their wine karafe!
{Klean Kanteen}
10. flat iron
The humidity in Tennessee is intense and it can wreak some serious havoc on hair! I have used so many different flat irons but none have given me close to the same result that I get from my Chi. It works great in achieving loose curls too. It's a little tricky to get the hang of and I had several burnt fingers while learning so it's best to have your hairstylist help you learn.

Another great list, couldn't live without my Chi either!
I love everything on the list! I found ya over at BlogFrog!~ So glad too...love meeting other Tennessee bloggers! hope you have a fabulous weekend!!!
Love your list, I totally agree! Love the sun dress, so much cooler in the southern summer! I waited on the sunglasses until my little ones wouldn't yank them off my face anymore! Then I upgraded my el-cheap-o's. lol. Now just add a little Carolina Clover bling and you're all set ;)
