my instagrams...

Here are some of my favorite snapshots using instagram, it's my favorite iPhone camera app.  I rarely carry my camera around anymore because I can just snap a picture with my phone, edit it and post in on twitter and Facebook in no time.  How did I ever survive without a good camera phone?!

Melissa,
This is more of a question than a comment, but I was wondering what is your regimen for when your kids are congested? My son is very healthy other than he has sinus issues like I do. Bit of allergies in the changing seasons but enough to keep him coughing at night-time. Of course his pediatrician wants to put him on medicine, but wondered about a natural approach to it.
Thanks SO much!!!!

Hey Emily! Did you email too? I just got one with a similar question. I'll answer both though. :) My doctor has both my son and I using viraclear and it works great. Here is link to it. http://www.integrativeinc.com/Products/Products-by-Health-Concern/Immune-and-Respiratory/Respiratory-Ear-Nose-and-Throat/780024-ViraClear-EPs-7630.aspx
I also did a post on some natural remedies we use. You can read it here... http://www.thenourishednest.com/2010/09/our-natural-medicine-cabinet.html

Yes it was me! I emailed first, and since I wondered if you would be the one to get it, since it was through the shop I decided to comment here. Sorry about that... makes me look a little impatient! :) Thanks for the tips.... I'll have to ask my Doc about that one. I would feel much better about it than a steroid like they first prescribed.
Thanks for all you do!

Ha don't worry! I just wanted to make sure I answered! You might want to print off the info and take it to your doctor. It's homeopathic so lots of docs aren't familiar with it. My Chiropractor actually recommended for us. I totally understand about your hesitation for steroids. last year Bishop had a horrible reaction to the pollen and nothing stopped it naturally. His face started to swell and he had hives from head to toe and at that point we submitted to a steroid. There is a time and place for it but I always like to try natural remedies first. Best of luck! Thanks so much for reading and commenting! I love to know that I'm not just talking to myself. :)
