{my style portfolio}

One of our projects for the Indie Business course that I'm taking is to brainstorm on your personal style.  What do you like, what inspires you and how to translate that into your business.  One way that I'm brainstorming is through Pinterest.  You see something that interests you online then you "pin it" and it bookmarks it in your pinterest page for you to keep and refer back to.  I love this because I'm always coming across images that inspire me but then I loose where I've found them.  It's fun to browse through what other people have found too.
So far after evaluating my pinterest boards it's obvious that I love nature, simple living and I yearn to live in the country.  It's interesting to me that so much I added was from nature because I feel very disconnected from it at the moment.  I think coming out of winter and into spring I am longing to be outside more than ever right now.
I have an interesting assortment of pins on my board.  I haven't figured out yet how I'm going to translate llamas, clotheslines and rompers into my business style but that's what I'm coming up with.  You can look at my boards here.  Pinterest is invite only right now but I have some invites to give away so message me if you'd like one. *Warning this site can use up countless hours of your time if you let it!
