I came across Hypnobabies a couple of weeks ago and knew it was the method I wanted to use to deliver Lyric. I had made up my mind that I wanted to go natural this time but I had put off researching different birthing methods because well...honestly I got anxious everytime I thought about it. But when I listened to the free download from Hypnobabies I knew instantly that it was for me. I was so relaxed but not out of it which I had feared when I heard the word hypnosis. I talked with my midwife who backed it 100% and I finally ordered my home study tonight! I'm so thankful to have found a way that I'm at peace with to bring my sweet girl into this world.

You're going to love Hypnobabies! I was blown away by the program when I observed it and then attended a Hypnobabies birth. I can't wait to become an instructor in 2011 and then use it for my own pregnancy/birth in the future!

I looked into Hypnobabies, too. We ended up using the Bradley Method, and I did have a natural birth like I wanted. While I admit that Bradley isn't for everyone, it did work for me. I'll be anxious to hear more about your hypnobirthing experience!
