Leiper's Fork

Today I took a drive out to the country with Bishop and one of my best buds, who also happens to be my realtor, to look at a house two actually but on the same property.  They are located in Leiper's Fork which is home to lots of country music stars like the Judds and Keith Urban. Leiper's Fork is beautiful and filled with so much character.  Lately I have been feeling  this constant tugging at my heart to move to a place with less pavement and more wide open spaces {que The Dixie Chicks}. A place where our nearest neighbor will be a pasture full of cows and horses...our forever home.
When I told my sister I wanted to move there she laughed and said "Once you get your mind set on something you are going to get it come hell or high water!"  I'm not sure if that is a good or bad thing but she was pretty much right on.  Unfortunately the houses weren't quite what we had in mind so for now I'll to try to be patient and continue with our original plan to buy some land and build our dream house on it one day.
We did have a great time having lunch at a charming little restaurant and browsing through some incredible shops. One day I hope I can call it home until then I'm going to just try be thankful for what I am so blessed to already have.

The Twisted Fork was seriously delicious.  Their chocolate cake should be illegal!

We did a whole lot of oohing and aahing at Serenite Maison.

CeeCee was kind enough to hold Bishop while I got a little camera happy.

Bishop loved exploring.  I swore I even heard him say "Mommy can we please move here" or maybe that was my imagination.
